Service Updates

Our training partners have reported they want a more streamlined system to get information to and from the service. We want to make sure you are getting records from us and your clients are getting contacted. This can be tricky because clients don’t always provide your information even when asked, and when you refer them, they don’t always reach out to Behavior Vets.

To solve this, we created our Trainer Referral Form! Pop in your contact info and other details about your cases. You can also submit training records directly to Behavior Vets using the form. This form is completely optional. For those of you who use it, let us know if you find it helpful!

How it works:

• Trainer/Behavior consultant: Complete and submit the Trainer Referral Form for any client you’d like to see Behavior Vets.
• Our Client Services team will contact the client directly for scheduling and add the Trainer Referral Form to the client’s record.
• When Discharge Plans are complete, they will be sent to both the primary care veterinarian and the referring trainer (with client permission).
