BEHAVIOR VETS IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED
We are no longer taking phone calls. If you need prescription refills, please reach out via your pet portal or the chat widget.
Hi All,
Thank you so much for your patience as we navigate the closure of Behavior Vets. We truly understand how stressful this time can be for families, especially when finding veterinary behavior teams is so challenging.
This journey has been incredibly meaningful for us, and it fills us with sadness to say goodbye. The success stories and support you’ve shared in the last few days are truly uplifting and make this tough situation much more bearable for our team. We can’t express how grateful we are for you!
As we work through this transition, please know that a small, passionate team will be here to support you and your pets.
Eventually, Dr. C will be at the helm, continuing to provide the care and guidance you need whether it’s with providers you know who are at new companies or brand new professionals you haven’t met yet.
Below is some additional information on medication refills, records, pending services, and your provider’s information to help keep you in the loop.
More to come as plans are solidified. Thanks again for hanging tight while we get the next steps organized.
Warmly,
The Closure Crew
IF YOU NEED…..
Refills for Patients Seen In-Person in the Last Year
We are currently accepting refill requests and they will be filled in the order in which they are received.
Medical Records
Dr C. will have access and be able to send medical records for patients for the next 3 years.
If you have seen a Behavior Vets doctor, your pet’s medical record has been sent to your referring veterinarian and should be on file with them.
If you need a copy of your pet’s medical record from us, please request them via the chat widget and we will respond as soon as possible. We are prioritizing urgent record requests.
Pending Services
If you have pending services with Behavior Vets, please wait for further updates.
If a call from Behavior Vets comes through, please pick it up if you are able so we can get next steps organized as quickly as possible. Our small team is working as hard as we can to help.
