BEHAVIOR VETS IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED
We are no longer taking phone calls. Updates and instructions will continue to be added to this page. Latest update 1/2/25
Hi All,
Thank you so much for your patience as we navigate the closure of Behavior Vets. We truly understand how stressful this time can be for families, especially when finding veterinary behavior teams is so challenging.
This journey has been incredibly meaningful for us, and it fills us with sadness to say goodbye. The success stories and support you’ve shared in the last few days are truly uplifting and make this tough situation much more bearable for our team. We can’t express how grateful we are for you!
As we work through this transition, please know that a small, passionate team will be here to support you and your pets.
Eventually, Dr. C will be at the helm, continuing to provide the care and guidance you need whether it’s with providers you know who are at new companies or brand new professionals you haven’t met yet.
Below is some additional information on medication refills, records, pending services, and your provider’s information to help keep you in the loop.
More to come as plans are solidified. Thanks again for hanging tight while we get the next steps organized.
Warmly,
The Closure Crew
IF YOU NEED…..
Refills for Patients Seen In-Person in the Last Year
1/2/25: Please use the contact information for your provider below and reach out to them directly with prescription refill requests. You will want to update your online pharmacy with your provider’s new contact information in order for scheduled refill requests to be received by your provider.
Medical Records
CEU Credits
11/2/24: If you are waiting on educational CEUs: please continue to be patient. We are still working through urgent patient care requests and will respond to CEU requests as soon as we are able – we WILL get you your CEU codes, we just need some more time.
If you have already requested a code, please rest assured we will respond as soon as we are able. Contacting us more than once will delay our response time. We know this is a hassle and we are doing our best to mitigate the chaos – please hang in there. Thanks so much for your understanding!
Pending Services
